Poseidon, Apollo, and Artemis. this is art work of the blood kin, looks as though they are having a meeting of a party of sort. Looks like some of it has been broken off and has been vandalized but you can see great detail in the work.

Poseidon~Amymone the one true woman that Poseidon Loved

Amymone was the princess of Argos.
She was a wife and was loved by Poseidon. She was a Water Nymph and was said to be very beautiful.   It is believed she was the only woman that Poseidon really did love… but that is another story.

The Horses of Neptune of the Sea

The Fountain of Neptune in Florence, Italy was vandalized in 2004 and one of his arms was broken off due to some teenagers climbing on it. This is what has happen to lots of art work for the Greeks and other art work as well. Some is due to old age the ones that are old.

Most of the Greek Gods and Goddesses have art work and statues of them all over the world.   I  for one would love to see all of these things, as  it would be a dream come true for me.

You are  able to see some of these statues in Rome, North America, South America,Florence, Italy,France. I think you can even find some of the Greek statues in Russia as well as Spain and many other places around the globe.  So this mythology is very well known around the world.

So if you ever get the chance to see them,  make sure you take pictures so you can always remember it.
